I read a lot of reviews about it being slow- I did not think that. i wish they would have went more in depth with the son being missing instead of mainly covering the coal mining accident. BUT it is defiantly worth watching and enjoying. I think a lot of people are use to the big movies that hit the theaters but sometimes these smaller films have better story lines and are more interesting. Josh Lucas was particularly great in a small role who played someone that most people would consider a bad guy, but the way he played his character made you feel for him and root for him. Elizabeth Banks is great in everything she does. I think that it would make the movie more interesting to focus more on their dissolving relationship and their missing son. Also, I wish we would have seen how her affair had affected their family as well. I think that with everything there is something they could have done differently or spent more time on, but I did enjoy this movie. The ending does not really have a resolution but leaves you to determine what the ending was with the characters.
