I assumed I wasn't exactly the target audience, being in my mid twenties back then, but the film works regardless. The story revoles around a young man named Nick (Michael Cera) who is heartbroken over just losing his girlfriend, and Norah (Kat Dennings), who is lonely and has her ex boyfriend on speed dial to make her feel better about herself. One night in New York City, Nick and Norah meet and end up embarking on a journey to find a missing friend and also see their elusive favorite band play a secret unannounced concert.

The reason the film works is… Recent reviews I feel bad for people that only watch stuff that's critically acclaimed or "film bro approved" because then they miss out on this.
